Who we are

The SharePreds app for iOS and Android is provided by Loheden AI Solutions AB, which is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we process and why

• Account: an account identifier the app creates for you. To provide the app under our contract with you.
• What you save in the app: the price alerts you set, with the ticker, the price and an identifier for your device. To keep them for you (contract).
• Purchases: what you bought in the app, its status and dates, and the store's purchase references. To give you what you bought (contract) and keep accounts (legal obligation).
• Refunds through Apple: if you ask Apple to refund an in-app purchase, Apple may ask us how the purchase was used, and we may tell it, to help it decide (legitimate interest).
• Market data: when you open prices, charts, predictions or portfolios, the app sends our server its account identifier, a check that the request comes from the genuine app, and your device's network address, to provide them (contract) and to protect our services from misuse (legitimate interest).
• Notifications: if you allow them, an identifier for your device, to send you the app's notifications (contract), and the tickers you follow, to send you alerts on them (contract).
• Usage statistics: which screens and features are used, the kind of device, its system and app version, its language and an approximate location by country and region. To understand how the app is used and improve it (legitimate interest).
• Older versions of the app: if you created an account with your email address, signed in with Apple or Google or gave us your email address in an earlier version of the app, your email address and, where given, your name. To provide that account (contract) and, if you asked for it, to send you news about our analysis, products and company (consent).
• Messages and feedback you send us: to answer you, keep a record and improve the app (legitimate interest).

Who receives it

Our hosting, database, notification, app security, subscription management and email providers, which process it on our behalf and are bound by contract to protect it; Apple and Google, which sell the app and its in-app purchases, as independent controllers; and authorities, courts or advisers where the law requires it or to establish or defend legal claims.

Outside the EEA

Some of these providers process data outside the EEA. Those transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on its standard contractual clauses; a copy is available on request.

How long

Account data and what you save in the app: as long as the account exists. Purchase records: as long as bookkeeping law requires. Usage statistics: as long as needed to understand how the app is used. Your email address for news: until you withdraw your consent. Messages: as long as needed to handle them. Records of misuse: as long as needed to protect our services.

What you must provide

Without the details an account or a purchase needs, we cannot provide SharePreds.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To have your data deleted or withdraw a consent, email us.

Your device

The app stores on your device what it needs to work: your sign-in, your settings and your choices.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the version in force.
